ABOUT US

   HMD Technology is a manufacturing design service company that designs custom weld fixtures, machines and equipment for the manufacturing industry.


   The company was established in 2015 to supply digital manufacturing services for local manufacturers.


   Our specialty of NAAMS weld fixtures are now being used by Tier 1 automotive companies around the world.

   Our strength lies in our experience of various manufacturing processes and professional design practices.


   Some of the processes includes robotic spot welding, resistance welding, MIG welding, laser welding, sheet metal forming and tubular hydroforming. HMD Technology also has experience in riveting, air-over-oil pressing, spac nut tooling, riv-nut tooling and other production assembly machines.


   Our designs utilizes the latest in processing techniques, 3D CAD, scanning and simulation.

We can accept many design file formats but the most common are 2D (.dwg, .dxf, .ai, .svg, .eps) and 3D mesh (.stl, .obj, .wrl) and 3D solids/surfaces (.step, .stp, .sat, .igs)
